It was a pleasure to present our charity at the Vall de Pop U3A meeting last week. Our President Jeannette, outlined our 26 year history and the impact and importance we have in our local community. We also explained about our retail outlets and news about new retail outlets in the planning. Watch this space! It was a wonderful opportunity, once again, to explain how valued our volunteers are. And of course, to reach out for more. Lead Nurse Jayne explained the central core of our organization, the Lynwen Nursing Team. She also discussed our drop-ins, our liason position with the hospital and the incredible ECMOR developments. The meeting was well attended with over 60 people. There were plenty of Q and A’s at the end. Thank you so much for having us U3A Vall del Pop. It was a wonderful morning that we enjoyed thoroughly.
