MOFTAG – Mighty Oaks from Tiny Acorns Grow – is an speaking ladies club based in Calpe. Moftag holds a general meeting on the second Wednesday of every month where they normally have a speaker.
They do several fundraising events a year and use any money raised to donate to worthwhile charities in Calpe area. Due to Lynwens helping a member of MOFTAG – they approached us to ask if there was anything we needed as they wanted to donate an item of equipment for our help with their member. I sent them the details of the bed and they very kindly donated the full amount into our bank account – 960 Euros.
I will be attending their May meeting as a speaker and telling them about the charity and what we do and showing them photos of the bed they so kindly donated to us.
