But first lets say THANK YOU to these 12 men. For raising awareness for Mens Health. For embarking of difficult challenges and sticking to them. For making amazing lifestyle changes. And for the INCREDIBLE fundraising they did.
Big shout out to Andy Delderfield for keeping them motivated and coaching some of them through some tricky terrain during the month. Great work from a great coach.
DRUMROLL – They raised a massive €5208 to help our Lynwen Cancer Care Nurses assist more patients and families in our community. We are immensely proud AND grateful. Thank you to each and every one of you who donated. What an amazing community effort.
